Welcome to The Bomb Head Shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site and purchase products. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we suspect that a customer is under 21.
You may be required to create an account to place an order. You agree to:

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Shopify’s payment processing system and other authorized payment providers.
We do our best to hand off all orders to the United States Postal Service (USPS) within 3 business days after your order is placed. Orders may be delayed due to:
Sundays
Federal holidays
Severe weather or natural events
High order volume
Once an order is shipped, delivery delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any other shipping service.
Once an order is shipped, risk of loss and title passes to you.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following situations:
The product is broken in transit
The product is defective
You received the wrong item
If your item arrives broken or defective, we will:
Replace the item (if available)
If replacement is not available, issue a full refund
Or, if preferred, swap the item for a different product

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged or defective item, and a description of the issue. We will review and respond promptly.
Products sold on this site are intended for lawful use only. You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding product use.
