How long does shipping take?

Orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Orders placed around federal holidays may be delayed as carriers are not open. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

Most orders are delivered through USPS.

What if my order breaks during shipping?

We try our best to ensure our products get to you intact. Unfortunately sometimes when handed off to the shipping company things break. Please let us know at 719headshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving a broken product that is unused; including pictures of the broken piece. We will then determine if we are able to refund or replace.

What if something is missing from my order?

It is unlikely that something is missing from your order. Please throughly check bubble wrap as small pieces can get lost in the layers. If you still cannot find please reach out to us at 719headshop@gmail.com so we can help better assist you.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns. We will replace items that arrive broken or defective. Please let us know within 48 hours of your delivery at 719headshop@gmail.com; include pictures of the broken item and packaging.
