We currently ship only within the United States.
Our products ship out of our warehouse in Colorado Springs, CO.
We use USPS for our shipping and your order will be updated with USPS tracking once scanned in at the post office.
we try our best to ensure our products get to you intact. Unfortunately sometimes when handed of to shipping company things break. Please let us know at 719headshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving a broken product that is unused including pictures of broken piece. We will then determine if we are able to refund or replace.
It is unlikely that something is missing from your order. Please throughly check bubble wrap as small pieces can get lost in the layers. If you still cannot find please reach out to us at 719headshop@gmail.com so we can help better assist you.
