On rare occasions, we may use UPS or FedEx as an alternate carrier.
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Delivery delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Once the package has been handed off to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

If your order is shipped to an incorrect address due to user error, we are not responsible for reshipping or replacing the order.
