All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for items that are broken in transit or defective.
If your item arrives broken or defective, we will gladly help.

To qualify for replacement/refund/swap, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or defective item
A description of the issue
Once we receive your claim, we will review and respond promptly.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:
Correct the order by sending the correct item (if available), or
Issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable, or
Offer a swap for a different item
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Once your claim is approved, replacements or refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
